We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature on Common: Contests!
Contests allow your community to host competitions, offering a fun and engaging way to connect, collaborate, and receive tangible incentives. More importantly, contests are a way to increase transactions of your community’s native tokens.
How do Contests work?
Admins create contests funded by community stake fees or direct deposits
Members submit contest entries as individual threads under contest discussion topic
The thread with the most upvotes, as selected by your community by the end of the contest wins!
There’s a Contest for every community:
Meme contests
Project idea pitches
Proposal submissions
And so many more!
And you can keep ideas flowing and set the contest to automatically run weekly. You can see this now at the first few contests on Common!
